Ingredients

yellow onion, finely minced

celery, finely diced

sweet pickle relish

mayonnaise

Instructions
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Helpful Hints
It’s easier to dice cooked chicken when the chicken is chilled.
