- 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1/2 cup yellow onion, finely minced
- 1/2 cup celery, finely diced
- 3 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tsp prepared mustard

Instructions
- Stir all ingredients together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
Helpful Hints
- It's easier to dice cooked chicken when the chicken is chilled.
